The Ambition
We came in through a referral. Someone we'd talked to for half an hour at a Munich startup night left sold, not as a client, just on the idea of us. Weeks later he met the Elaria team and pointed them our way. On the first call they described the hire they thought they needed: an in-house CTO to grow into the build. We told them the truer thing. At their deadline, they didn't need someone learning on the clock. They needed people who'd already taken a product from thesis to store, end to end. That's the job we do.
Elaria had the idea and the backing. The gap was never vision. It was the number of people standing between the idea and a shippable app, and the weeks they didn't have to spare.
